3. Event Photography & Guest Images
Photos taken at your event may include images of your guests. Unless you notify us otherwise before your event, Rivanne may use select event photos in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, including social media. If you would prefer your event photos remain private, please let us know in writing before your event date, and we will exclude your images from any public use.

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Wix Payments and/or Square. These providers maintain their own privacy and security practices, and we encourage you to review their policies. Rivanne does not store complete payment card information.

Our services are intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online. Guest photographs taken at events may include minors attending with a parent or guardian's consent as part of the event itself.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rivanne Portrait Booth website (the "Site"), operated by Rivanne Studios Limited Company, DBA Rivanne Portrait Booth ("Rivanne," "we," "us"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Submitting an inquiry, starting a booking, or paying a retainer through this Site does not, by itself, constitute a complete service agreement. All confirmed bookings are governed by a separate signed service contract between Rivanne and the client, which sets out the specific terms of your event, including payment schedule, cancellation policy, and event-day requirements.
