Booking & Cancellation Policy
About Your Consultation Your consultation is completely free, with no obligation to book. It's simply a chance to ask questions, talk through your options, or have me help build your custom invoice. Consultations run about 20 to 30 minutes, by phone or video, whichever you prefer. Cancellations & Rescheduling Because your consultation is free, there are never any fees or penalties. You're welcome to cancel or reschedule at any time. Rescheduling is subject to availability, so the sooner you let me know, the easier it is to find a new time that fits. A quick heads-up when your plans change is always appreciated, though never required. No-Shows Life happens, and the occasional missed call is no problem. If we don't connect, just grab another time whenever you're ready. After two missed consultations, I may ask you to reach out to reschedule rather than holding a standing time, simply so I can keep availability open for everyone. Questions before we talk?
