The Heirloom is our most popular package, our classic photo booth experience, built for hosts who want a fuller backdrop, more design options, and a couple of extra touches that make the whole experience feel a little more special. WHAT'S INCLUDED - 3 hours of active photo booth service - 90 minutes of setup time before your event begins, included and never deducted from your booked hours, plus tear-down at the end of the night - The Heirloom Collection Draped Backdrop - Unlimited prints for you and your guests - Custom photo templates made for your event - Multiple design options to choose from - An online gallery of every photo, so you can revisit the whole day anytime - Live gallery display at your event, photos appear in real time as they're taken - A custom video welcome screen to greet your guests - A linen guest book - A friendly, professional photo booth host on-site for your entire session EVERY RIVANNE PACKAGE ALSO INCLUDES, STANDARD - Glam filter, black & white, color, or both - Skin-softening beauty filter - Professional lighting - Vendor and planner coordination - Text & email sharing (requires Wi-Fi) - Custom photo templates & overlays - Add YOUR logo or engagement photos to your prints - Delivery included up to 30 miles (covers Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, and most of Stafford) This is our standard, not our upgrade. Every item above comes with every Rivanne package, The Heirloom included. Want to make your day a little more you? Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies Retainer & Booking A signed contract and 25% retainer reserve your date. Your retainer counts toward your total balance — it's not an extra fee on top of your package price. Payment Your 25% retainer is due at booking. Any custom or sourced items (florals, sourced props, and similar) are paid before their production begins. Your remaining balance is then due in full 7 days before your event. Cancellations & Rescheduling 60+ days before: Full refund, less any custom work already started. 30–60 days before: Your retainer is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once to a new date within 6 months. 14–30 days before: Your retainer is non-refundable, and no further balance is due, aside from any custom work already begun (due in full). 0–14 days before: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and any remaining balance on your invoice becomes due in full — this applies regardless of how much you've paid, since your date can no longer be rebooked this close and work has already begun. Setup & Timing We arrive 90 minutes before your event to set up — that time isn't deducted from your booked hours. Extra time added in advance differs from day-of overtime, which is subject to attendant availability and additional fees. Weather & Outdoor Events Our booth can't operate in the rain, so outdoor events need a covered, dry backup location arranged in advance. Without one, an addendum is required acknowledging that service is subject to cancellation without refund in bad weather. Design Timeline Backdrop and template selections are due 20 days before your event, with final design approval due 14 days before — this keeps your design ready in time. Care & Equipment Please keep food and drinks away from the booth, printer, and prop tables — the easiest way to avoid damage fees. Your Photos Digital galleries are available for 30 days after your event. We may feature select photos in our portfolio and marketing unless you'd prefer to keep things private. This is a summary for your convenience. A full Client Service Agreement governs every booking and must be signed before service begins.
